Initial Assessment/ First Appointment (60 mins)

This appointment allows us to fully understand your symptoms and functionality, followed by necessary treatment and a rehabilitation plan to easily follow at home.

Follow-Up Appointment (45 mins)

A follow-up continues your treatment journey with us. We use the most effective treatment modalities for your injury (see our 'What We Treat' page for our treatment techniques.

Sports Massage Appointment (45 mins)

A sports massage aims to relieve aches and pains and improve your range of motion so you can perform to the best of your ability.

This shorter appointment will focus more on the massage to suit your needs through your choice of intensity and any specific area.

What is an Initial Assessment?

An Initial Assessment usually lasts approximately 60 minutes and includes us understanding your injury through your history, plus current symptoms and functionality. Once the overall picture has been built we can progress onto treatment. After our session we will then provide you with a clear and individualised rehabilitation plan.

What are the benefits of an Initial Assessment?

You may gain a possible diagnosis to understand about your injury. Plus, an individualised rehabilition plan to work on in your own time as well as any other concerns there may be. However, the main benefit is we can start our journey to get you pain-free!

What is a Sports Massage?

A Sports Massage is used to help reduce tension/tightness within muscles, in return improving your joints range of movement. We can work on any body part you wish whether that is multiple or just the one. This is often useful before/after you have an event on to relax the muscles, flushing out any lactic acid and energise them.

What are the benefits of a Sports Massage?

Reducing stress and increasing your overall wellbeing are more general benefits from a Sports Massgae. Increase in performance for athlete’s, but also, desk workers/manual labour jobs this is perfect to relax those muscles and gain an improved posture.
